Gas Safe Registered

Gas Safe Registered Domestic & General Heating takes gas safety very sseriously. All of our engineers are Gas Safe Registered. Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain. It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.

Real Renewable Energy Assurance Limited

The REAL Assurance Scheme was set up by the Renewable Energy Association, an organisation which represents renewable energy producers and promotes the use of all forms of renewable energy in the UK. REAL Assurance aims to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to buy or lease small-scale energy generation systems for their homes. REAL membership is a sign that the supplier has agreed to abide by the high standards as set out in the REAL Consumer Code. The REAL logo is a symbol of professional excellence. The code stipulates that customers have the right to expect that goods and services supplied by a business will perform properly, be fit for their purpose and meet high standards. As well as a consumer code for companies, REAL also produces a guide for consumers. This document acts as an introduction to why and how you may want to produce your own energy in your home.

NICEIC

We are proud to be NICEIC. For our customers this means they can be assured of high quality, professional workmanship that meets regulated Government endorsed standards. What does NICEIC accredited mean for alpha-vae's customers? Domestic & General Heating has achieved NICEIC accreditations as a domestic installer and approved contractor. NICEIC is the electrical contracting industry's independent voluntary body for electrical installations throughout the UK. They offer industry-leading certification services, Building Regulations Schemes, products and support to electrical contractors and many other trades within the construction industry. Energy Saving Trust

MCS

The MCS is an internationally recognised quality assurance scheme which demonstrates to customers that your company is committed to meeting rigorous and tested standards. It was designed with input from installer and product representatives. Similar to the Gas Safe Register, the MCS gives you a mark of competency and demonstrates to your customers that you can install to the highest quality every time. Benchmark Certification Limited

All of Benchmark's businesses have been inspected by an industry experienced Benchmark assessor for MCS Certification and are members of the government scheme for Renewables or Competent businesses. So, no need to worry about dubious customer references and rating systems.

UVDB Registered

General &Domestic Heating Ltd is registered with the Achilles (UVDB) who verify, assess health and safety environmental and quality capabilities for a wide range of Utility Companies and their Contracting Partners.

Worcester Accredited Installers

Worcester Accredited Installers (WAIs) are accredited to install Worcester boiler ensuring, a service that meets the highest standards. Whilst we are not directly employed by Worcester Bosch, they do promote us as an accredited installer. The goal of this accreditation scheme is to help reassure customers that they will receive a good quality service from a trusted installer. As an accredited installer, Worcester Bosch make sure that we have the relevant Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS approval.
